On April 7th, JCRED will host a panel symposium to highlight the work of scholars who are exploring the legal dimensions of Racial Capitalism and what lies beyond its horizon. Three scholars will offer a brief presentation of their forthcoming articles, followed by a moderated discussion about how Racial Capitalism informs their legal analyses.
