Three JCRED Members’ Work Featured on the Jurist

The Jurist has published op/eds by Associate Managing Editor Edwar Estrada, Notes and Comment Editor Ralph Carter, and Senior Articles Editor Nathaniel Chiaravalloti.

Edwar’s piece, titled Regulating New York City Stop-and-Frisk: Putting an End to Race-Based Stops, details his solution to ensure that stop-and-frisk is non-discriminatory.

Nathan discusses eminent domain and how it can negatively a community in Some Real Effects of Eminent Domain in New York City.

In his piece, In Favor of Stronger Federal Protection for Employees’ and Applicants’ Online Social Network Accounts, Ralph explains the necessity for legislation to ensure a person’s private social media data remains private.
