Starting the Journal Process with Mentoring

JCRED has implemented a new mentoring system for incoming 2L staffers to prepare for the article editing work and provide guidance for the rest of their law school career. The primary focus of these first meetings was to learn about the Bluebook and the entire JCRED footnote process. However, the Executive Board is also using these meetings to get to know the 2L staffers and ensure the 2L staffers feel like they’re part of the JCRED community.
